  Good deals on stuff, fair and reasonable prices and not to mention very helpful with costumer’s. I’ve bought guns at a good price here and pawned a few things here and they gave me a good price (not the price I wanted but a good price).

  This is a wonderful store! The owners are kind, honest, and work hard for their customers. Chris went out of his way to help me buy the best product I could. His business sense and kindness will go a long way in these trying times. I will continue to shop here and refer this pawn shop to anyone looking for wonderful service and prices.   Been there buying guns and ammo for 2 years now. The owner and his son and I believe daughter in law is really friendly and helpful even like lately being super busy. I go there first cause he has the best selection of guns and ammo than anywhere I've been in a 100 miles radius. I also like how they are helpful and don't act all gun elite like some shops will talk down to you if you dont live breath and eat gun knowledge 24/7.I really encourage you if your new or first time gun buyers to try them out. Don't worry about prices they either have everyone else matched or a few bucks cheaper .

  DO NOT GO TO THIS PAWN SHOP!! I pawned my $1500 phone for $120, I paid the interest of $26 TWICE on time before getting it out. I was out of town for a death in the family on the day the interest came due. I called them & told them I'd be back in town in a couple of days & would pay the interest as soon as I got back, they were fine with that. Well I got back earlier than expected & it was A DAY after the interest was due & they charged me $30 extra for being ONE DAY late. So I ended up having to pay $174 to get my phone out. That is absolute horrible business. They are the only pawn shop that does that. $30 for being one freaking day late. Smh. I will NEVER go back to this place.

  By you calling, all we did was hold past 30 days. If you read the bottom of your ticket it expires in 30 days, Which means we have the right to sell. Interest on 120.00 is 26.40, once it pasted 30 days you owe 2 months interest. If your credit card payment is late you owe a fee, car or house payment late you pay a fee.

  I'm always a buyer ... never a seller, and I've always had good experiences. I've found some good deals on musical stuff and tools, too. Chris is kinda "dry", but he's a good, honest guy. This place is worth checking out for sure ... probably the best shop in Sumner County :-)

  Awesome guys. Make you feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. I had visited a few shops in town when I first moved to Gallatin and left. I felt at if i was being judged and no one knew my story. The guys here did not make me feel that way and I've gone back three more times since then. Keep up the good work!!

  Had a bad experience that could have easily been a great one. Bought a helmet for my wife here last Thursday and I have the receipt for it and everything but they won't give me my money back. There are no signs in the store about sales being final. Nothing on the receipt either. It hasn't even been a week. Tags were still on it. Wish they had done the right thing.

  There are 2 signs in the store that says NO CASH REFUNDS!!!! One as you are facing going in & one facing as you go out the door.

  Always lowball customers to the most extreme. Give much lower value for customer items knowing that those customers are coming in due to hardships and often being in desperate situations. Have gone into this establishment and turned down ridiculously low offers only to go elsewhere and find much more fair offers for items from pawn shops in the exact same area. They seem to prey on the desperation of their own customers. Shameful business practices on the part of Sumner Pawn N More. Would not recommend except as a very last resort.

  Our loan prices are based on out inventory, what same item sells for used on eBay, Amazon, Gun Broker, Craig's list & such. When we have to sell on eBay you have listing fees, Selling fees, & last Pay Pal fees.

  I have pawned a lot of stuff at there place. They are always upfront about if they will or won't and what they will or won't give u for it! But they seem so serious. I can see why some people would have an issue with them. It does make it awkward dealing with them, but u have to remember they deal with people everyday who want this or that! But it is the best pawn shop in Gallatin! They will give u the most and are very business like!! Lighten up guys! They been doing this awhile!!! They have seen all kinds of people yes they seem cold but they are not they too laugh like the rest of us. They just don't show it much! They do have families, no they are not robots. How about instead of complaining about them go in and make them laugh and after u do that then post about them!
