  The Gallatin branch focuses on a great customer experience. The staff are always helpful and professional. Whether you are looking for a home re-finance, a business loan, or a car loan this is the branch you should choose. The facility is always clean and pleasant.

  The customer service is generally pretty good. But if you need to finance or refinance a house and your checking account is not with TTCU, it is NOT worth it. Not being able to pay your mortgage online like you can with any other financial institution in the modem 21st centry or on the app is a major deal breaker. I didn't realize that you had to either mail in a check, physically go to a branch and make a cash advance on your debit card over the phone for a $10 fee, move your checking account to the TTCU or transfer money from your main bank to TTCU and it can take over a week for it to hit your TTCU account which can make your mortgage late. I was told after your first money transfer the next transfers will go through much quicker. I made my first transfer and it took about 9 days to hit my savings account with TTCU. I was really tired of missing their 6pm close time on Fridays and tried to do a transfer again, it hit my normal bank account in 2 days, my TTCU saving account didn't show the transfer for 11 days!!! By that point my payment was already late. So $40 late fee and a hit on the credit score because their system is beyond slow and ancient. Almost 9 years with my previous 2 mortgage companies and no late payments. With TTCU I now have a few late payments because of their horrible ancient system, not being able to make a simple mortgage payment online, and not being able to get to a branch before their early closing times. I regret SO BAD refinancing my mortgage with TTCU. If I knew that it would be SUCH a pain to make a payment, I would have stuck with my previous mortgage. I'm to the point, I don't even care if my rate goes up some, I just want to refinance again just so I don't have to deal with a credit union that can not seem to catch up with modern technology. I will refinance with another lender when I'm able too and will never refinance or finance another mortgage with TTCU. They really should disclose that you are NOT able to pay your mortgage online or through the app directly. When my vehicle was financed through the TTCU I could easily make my payment online, but I still can't make a mortgage payment online... Come on TTCU, it should be easier for us to make mortgage payments.

  Went in to get a car loan and found this credit union very easy to work with! I got a great interest rate and the process with simple. Infact they were soo great to work with my daughter financed her car with them. Much better than the rate I got from my bank that I have been with for over 30+ years!

  I wish I could give a NO star review. I went in to make a car payment for another credit union that accepts payments at this branch. They were hands down the most unfriendly group of tellers I have ever experienced in my 40 years of banking. I would not recommend this credit union for any banking needs you might have. Oh, didn't even make my payment due to how uncustomer friendly this place is. No wonder they only have a 2 star rating.

  Customer service is not good. Employees are rude and act like they don't want to help the customers.

  Wounderful people... Im giving it a 3 star because they follow the transitional banker hours which are annoying to every person that works for a living. Also the monday after Christmas they were closed "closed for Christmas" was there note on the door.. The 10 mins I have been sitting outside the bank I have seen 7 other people pull up and leave angry and disappointed.. Bad decisions closing TN COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION

  PLEEEEEEEEEEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ BEFORE U DECIDE TO BANK WITH TENNESSEE CREDIT UNION OF GALLATIN TENNESSEE ONE OF THE WORSE BANKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHY THEY GIVE THEIR SELVES A 4 STAR RATING ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES THERE DOES NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING THEY ARE SOME OF THE LAZIEST PEOPLE ON EARTH AND WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. I HAVE AN ACCOUNT THERE AND ASKED THE BANK SUPERVISOR COURTNEY TO PUT IN A LOAN FOR ME TWICE AND BOTH TIMES SHE FORGOT TO DO IT AND WILL NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WITH HER BEST OF ABILITY A SUPERVISOR DOES ANY AND EVERYTHING THEY CAN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AT THEIR BEST SHE SEEMS LIKE SHE DOESN'T EVEN LIKE BEING THERE SO IF A COMPANY WILL LET SOMEONE LIKE THAT SUPERVISE THEIR BUSINESS THAT TELLS YOU ALOT ABOUT THEM I REALLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BANK THERE I REALLY PREFER YOU TO TRY BANKING SOMEWHERE ELSE ANY PLACE IS BETTER THAN TENNESSEE CREDIT UNION IN GALLATIN TN NOT COUNTING IM TRYING MY BEST TO RAISE MY CREDIT SCORE TO BEABLE TO BUY A HOME ONE DAY FOR MY FAMILY AND I WAS GOING TO TAKE 500.00$ OF MY MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT FOR A SECURE CREDIT CARD SO I CAN WORK ON MY CREDIT AND THE BANK I BANK AT AND HAVE EVERY PAY CHECK DEPOSITED INTO EVERY WEEK WONT EVEN GIVE ME A SECURE CREDIT CARD THAT MY OWN MONEY COVERS OVER THE PHONE COURTNEY THE BANK SUPERVISOR SAID TO COME IN AND FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK TO SET UP THE SECURE CREDIT CARD AND I DROVE 45MINS AWAY TO DO IT AND AS SOON AS I GET THERE SHE SAID THEY WON'T APPROVE ME FOR IT AND NEVER ONCE CHECKED ANYTHING FOR ME SO I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I AM NOT APPROVED FOR IT WHEN I AM TAKING MY 500.00 OUT AND ALLOWING THE BANK TO PUT ON HOLD SO THE CREDIT CARD IS COVERED THE REAL PROBLEM WAS THEY CLOSE AT 6P.M AND I ARRIVED AT 5:30 AND SHE JUST DIDN'T WANT TO DO THE PAPERWORK SO I CHECKED WITH ROBERTSON COUNTY CREDIT UNION AND BANK OF AMERICA AND THEY BOTH SAID THEY COULD APPROVE ME SO I RECOMMEND EVERYONE READING THIS TO BANK WITH EITHER OF THEM AND COME MONDAY MORNING I WILL BE DEPOSITING ALL MY MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT AND GOING TO ANOTHER BANK BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES THERE IS LAZY AND WHO WANTS TO BANK WITH SOMEONE WHOSE NOT EVEN WILLING TO GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHOSE TRYING TO DO SOMETHING POSITIVE WITH THEIR CREDIT AND LIVES TO GIVE THEIR FAMILY SOMTHING BETTER A CHANCE I PRAY WHOEVER IS READING THIS SPREADS THE WORD TO OTHERS BEFORE YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE PROBLEMS I AM WITH TENNESSEE CREDIT UNION OF GALLATIN TENNESSEE. I wrote this review awhile back because i was angry for something i made a mistake on so i really want to apologize this is actually a great bank and everyone there is helping me with any questions i ask and questions i don't ask i would rate them more than 5 star if it would allow me i refer everyone to use this bank and the bank manager courtine i said bad things about is actually helping me alot so i apologize to her also

  Have not been with them long and the ATM is always broken...I agree some of the Representatives are not the friendliest...🙁
