  Michael, was so awesome. I just recently referenced into a 15year loan and Mike was able to lock me at a 2.25 interest rate. Everyone I tell is amazed. He saved me over 220k on the life of the loan. I’ve already referred 3 people two him and I’ll be working with him and Summit from here on out. What I love most about Mike is that he’s so honest and helpful. Couldn’t be happier, thanks again!

  Mike Garcia was my loan officer who was very professional and explain the process thoroughly to me. Anytime I had a question or concern it was immediately addressed with an explanation which made me feel very comfortable in continuing the loan process. There were no unexpected situations during the whole process and the loan closed on time as he said it would. I am the type of person who usually does not write reviews online but in this case I was so satisfied I felt the need to. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a home loan to contact Michael and just speak with him and you will see the professionalism he portrays.
