  This was the first home buying experience for my wife and I. We came into the home buying experience knowing very little and had no real direction. Thankfully, we were led to Kevin who guided and informed us about every little detail along the way. I remember speaking to Kevin the first time and thinking how knowledgeable he was about everything, and also how he was able to explain everything to my wife and I in a way that we understood everything about the home buying process. There wasn't a time, from the start to closing, in which we did not feel comfortable working alongside Kevin. A process that seemed so scary when we began ended up being painless and most importantly...EXCITING for my wife and I. We owe it all to Kevin and his expertise, hard work, and commitment to us. We will recommend working with Kevin to everyone we know, and when the time comes around again we would be ever so happy to work with him again.

  Kevin Lee is very capable and knowledgeable in the mortgage market. We reviewed many options and scenarios for a complicated rehab project and came up with a wonderful solution with minimum down. Kevin was able to jump on every point and tweak that came along. Closing happened on time and at the costs anticipated. Will use Kevin again; he is a great partner no matter how simple or complex the transaction.

  What a pleasure to have Kevin on our team when we bought our vacation home up north. As part of the over all strategy we redid our current home mortgage after closing and accelerated that to a 15 year mortgage.   I would definitely recommended Kevin Lee. This is the 2nd time my wife and Have worked with him on a refi. His detail, communication and follow up throughout the entire process was textbook.
