  Dominic and his team (hi Erilou, Amy, and Kelly, if you're reading this) were incredibly helpful, friendly, and most of all, responsive, especially since we were in contract during the Christmas break. We decided to go with Dominic for a few reasons. A few years ago, when we were initially window-shopping for houses, Aileen Summers, highly recommended Dominic. This actually kicked off our first conversation, but trailed off once my wife and I realized we weren't ready at the moment. Flash forward to 2018, and Krista Miller & Rosie Papazian also recommended Dom (among other agents). After some phone calls and emails, we came to see why they liked Dominic and his crew so much and ultimately went with his team. They were extremely responsive, agile, and super easy to work with. All of the information given to us by Dominic and his team was very clear, and if we ever had any questions, the group was only an email, call, or voice chat away. If I ever had a question about something, I would never have to wait longer than a day for the answer. We really appreciated Dominic's honesty throughout the process and especially appreciated when he broke down what went into paying for a house each month.   Dominic´s 5 star rating is one hundred percent justified! Seriously, stop reading other peoples´reviews right now because you´ve already found the mortgage team you want in your corner. My wife and I moved quickly and unexpectedly on our home, and Dominic and his team were like a well oiled machine moving through the process with us. We were even out of the country on vacation for 1 week of the 3 week close, and Dominic´s team was able to work around it no problem! I felt nothing but support from everyone at Summit, and when we started working with Dominic, he told us he was there to help in any way he could and to make us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We took him up on that help offer by asking a million and a half questions, so Dominic answered a million and a half questions. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and very patient with every newbie home owner question we threw at him, and we felt all the more empowered because of it. A huge thank you to Dominic and everyone else we worked with at Summit that helped eased the significant stress of a huge life step - 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

  Summit Funding is an amazing company! We worked with Arlo and his team and they were fantastic. The level of communication was outstanding! Arlo and his team kept us informed of what was happening every step of the way through emails, text, and phone calls. They all were extremely nice and willing to answer questions at any time.

  We came to Summit wanting to refinance our mortgage. Our experience with this group and our loan officer there, Arlo Zoerner, was nothing short of incredible. Arlo and his team were extremely transparent throughout the process, following up with us as we progressed through each phase. He Arlo explained all the aspects of the process from the outset and worked with us to ensure we got the best deal/rate possible. We felt like Arlo put a personal touch on his services and that made a world of difference. Because of that, we will be recommending Summit and Arlo specifically to all of our friends.

  This guy is amazing. We ended up switching to Dominic midway through our home search because he knows how to compete in the craziest of markets. After I called Dom, he arranged to meet me in SF where I work to make sure I understood everything about the process. That's more than I can say for the broker I was using before. He works day and night and made sure the terms of our loan were as competitive as can be. He was always there to answer my questions. After 9 offers using our previous lender we switched to Dominic. After our first offer using Dom, we were in contract. Need I say more?

  Alex Alexander was very communicative and informative, especially for first-time home buyers like me. She and her team were able to walk me through the process and clarify details I would never otherwise be aware about. It was a very smooth process, so much so that we were given the option to close early! You can tell a lot was happening behind-the-scenes in order to make it look so easy.   We were very satisfied with the proactive, clear, and responsive communication and service we received from Summit Funding. I would highly recommend them. They were also charging lower fees and had competitive rates, much lower than the big banks.
