  We worked with Erick on refinancing our home over the pandemic. Despite overall backups in finalizing refinances at the time, Erick and his team worked quickly to get everything finalized in short order. This was our first time refinancing and Erick and his team walked us through the entire process and gladly addressed all of our questions. We got a great rate and had a seamless experience.   As a seasoned real estate broker, I have worked with many mortgage brokers. This was my first transaction with Erick and I cannot be happier with his management of the loan process for my client. Erick is patient and thorough in educating my first time buyer client and even was able to answer my tougher analytical questions around closing costs and rate scenarios. He thoroughly explained everything in detail and he always made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. He was quick to reply to my emails and also to my realtor.
