  Loved working with Ricardo Jean Pierre. Throughout the whole process we had great communication and he kept me in the loop every step of the transaction. Yes, we had a few bumps in the road getting my client to the finish line, but Ricardo diffused every one of them. Felt very comfortable and highly recommend him and Summit Funding!

  My husband and I didn't know what we were doing,the staff at Summit funding were incredible. They walked us through step by step. They were so helpful. Any time you had a question they had an answer any time of the day,,even called you back after hours. They were incredible. I recommend them to everyone.

  Ron and the A team are amazing. They are super knowledgable and answered any questions I had, even spending time on the phone walking through nitty gritty numbers when I starting doubting whether or not I was making the right finance decisions. The process was so smooth! Will be working with them again in the future.

  Great Experience for my first home purchase. They are available for questions most of the time even late at night and in the Hectic market of Phoenix I wouldn't want any other company to help with my Lending. They also will advise you on how to build up your credit to make your Rate and or approval amount better.
