  Katleen Meadows helped me like no one else. I had been turned down from a refinance on two properties because of my self-employment income. I did not believe in my capabilities any longer. But Kathleen encouraged me to give myself a chance, and took on my file and explained everything to me clearly, including the journey she would be taking me on and what was required every step of the way. Eventually, I was able to sign on refinance on two properties. Kathleen is the most professional mortgage broker I have worked with in my years of managing mortgages on my rental properties. You won’t go wrong. I wouldn’t make this recommendation if I did not believe Kathleen was an excellent mortgage broker.
