  My husband and I worked with Kim Zavatsky and we were amazed at the level of professionalism and communication. Kim made sure we were always informed of where our loan was in the process and explained everything thoroughly. Kim was personable and real, which I think is what tends to be missing in many transactions. She made the process absolutely pain free! Thank you, Kim! :)

  What an amazing TEAM! !!!! Summit Funding gets the job done, efficiently, expeditiously with constant communication and weekly updates. Erin was truly a God send. Sometimes the steps leading up to final approval can be a little bumpy while working through the process with stubborn creditors, etc....you can get a little restless, however, Blake assured me that we would get to our destination and we did. I am a proud home owner. THANKS TEAM SUMMITT!!!!

  Tom and team did a fantastic job with our refinance saving us hundreds of dollars monthly and many thousands of dollars over the next several years! Process was smooth and seamless from application to appraisal to closing. I would highly recommend Tom Baeder.

  From initial exploration of our finances for loan pre-qualification to finalization to purchase new construction, Christine was enormously helpful. As first-time buyers our knowledge of the process was minimal. Christine spent time with us in the 'educational process' and was most patient in dealing with our often ignorant questions. She was always a pleasure to deal with and most careful in expediting the process and advising us in timing to ensure the best interest rate. Overall, a highly recommended resource in helping us to attain home ownership.

  David King is exceptional! I would not be a home owner today if it weren't for his knowledge of the home buying process.   I wanted to express how happy I am with my new home and how Ms. Latoya and the Harrison team made my dream happen. I started process at the end of May, I spoke with several loan officers and was not completely satisfied. When I initially spoke with Ms. Harrison, she made me feel like I was the only client she had. She listen to what I needed, even though it was not much. She considered all the details we went over. In the middle of the process the 1st home I chose, the owner backed out. When I chose my 2nd home they did not miss a beat, I closed on that home within two weeks.
