  Thanks, John King and his team for excellent service during our loan process. It was tough loan but you came through. They kept in contact every step of the way and made themselves available for the many questions we had. John's team was always on top of things and made this process very smooth for me.   My fiance and I were incredibly impressed with the effort by Team Massa! We had a very quick escrow and Team Massa pulled all the strings to make it go as smoothly as possible! With both of us working full time and having 3 kids they really did make it easy on us! If your looking for very knowledgeable professional attentive and hard working people in your corner while buying a home these guys are the best! Highly recommend!!

  The King team is honestly the only one to work with! They really went the extra mile to help me and make the process of buying a home as easy as possible!   John King and his team are Amazing. We have worked John and team many times in the past. John, is a True Professional, and has a heart of teacher. He takes the time to explain the process, each step, and milestone to you so that you understand what is happening at every stage. He and his team want you to understand everything before making a decision. His team is very professional and helpful as well. I cannot Recemend John and his team enough. If you are in the market for any Mortgage products, John is the man you need to talk to.

  You need to work a loan with Summit Funding, this is our second. I wanted to add more info what they do. 3/5/2019. They go the extra mile. The got our credit scores up in less than a week they are sharp. They know what they are doing that is for sure. I love Summit Funding you make us look good to get a better interest rate. No one out of all my loans has ever went beyond the call of duty to do what you guys/gals did. I have a deep respect for you and your crew. You walk us every step of the way and made sure there were no surprises. You Guys/Gals are Awesome. I will do business again and will recommend others to you.

  My husband and I got the best service humanly possible and in a very timely manner. We were working with real people who have awesome business skills, as well as the best customer service. I am very satisfied. Dealing with people who take their job this serious is very rare in the world we live in today.

  If there was a possibility of leaving negative stars it would be deserved because 1 star is WAY too high of a review rating. To break down a long story, Mark Massa approved us for a loan (NOT pre-approval) for the dream house that we always wanted and was able to work out an extremely difficult loan because of our circumstances as business owners........so we thought. We put our house up for sale and it went pending in 3 days. During this time frame our loan went to underwriting and were instantly denied the loan stating that this deal is not possible. There is no worse feeling EVER in the world knowing that your house that you put up for sale is pending sale that you worked almost your whole life for to almost lose it because this Loan Officer Mark Massa has no idea as to what he is doing. Our hearts sank as we were in panic mode because we can't purchase the dream home that we were approved for and our house is pending sold and we did not know what to do as his only option was impossible to do as we told him. Thank God we found a loan officer and lender that knew what they were doing and knew how to get a loan approved as he was able to save the day, save us from losing our dream house, save us from losing our house and save our buyers from the trickle down effect of a loan officer that doesn't know what he's doing. If you need a slam dunk easy loan he can probably do it for you but if you are a business owner, have special circumstances and need someone competent that knows what they are doing, Mark Massa is not for you. However if you want to lose almost everything that you've worked your whole life for due to incompetence then Mark Massa is your man!
