      I had Brett Clift help me out on getting an Auto Loan for car. Lemme tell ya, he went so above and beyond with helping me get the loan fast and efficient. It wasn't all about him getting me the loan and getting me out, we had some nice conversations about cars and he even helped me up my credit card limit to help work on my score. Brett was really great to work with, and I hope someone can acknowledge the great work he's done... Thanks again Brett!!

      I was scammed yesterday, July 1! My computer was hacked and all my personal information was stolen by these Hackers! I can not get in contact with anyone at any of the Summit Credit Unions, to report this! I am desperate to make sure, that no withdrawals are made from my accounts!

      I have been trying to get a loan approved though them for my daughters car. They have set up two appointments and when I showed up had no knowledge of it. They just seem extremely unorganized

      On 11/19/20 I stopped in to do my banking. The teller was very nice and helpful. As I was getting my cash back he told me that he was putting an extra $5 dollars in my envelope with a sticker on it saying pay it forward or use as I liked. Just wanted to let you know I did pay it forward. I went across the street and got some Culver’s Custard for my wife and I. I then paid for the person’s meal behind me using the 5 dollars +. You guys made at least two peoples day better. Thank you Jerry

      Everytime i go here, the tellers are so pleasant & actually seem like they don't hate working there. Which compared to oh, say...Walmart, is a nice change. The lobby is open again and I went in & transferred money from my account to my landlords account. EASY PEASY!

      I like this place. They have been helpful. Esp appreciate. Crediting checks the same day. Tons better than our old bank Old National.

      Required a mask be worn citing local regulations but there are no local regulations requiring a mask. Teller also had a hard time explaining to me why I would want a hold on a check being deposited even if I don't plan on spending the money.

      Making me go to bank branch because it will not accept my mobile deposit that has been signed per their request mobile deposit at Summit Credit union only. It's a 45 minute drive.

      We had an appointment to set up an account for my mom and arrived on time and checked in with a teller. She told Ross, who we had set the appointment with just an out before, would be with us shortly. We sat there for 15 minutes with no contact from Ross, or any other Summit employee and stood up to walk out. Not sure if any of the 3 or 4 employees behind the counter standing in a group talking noticed us leaving, however if they did they didn’t acknowledge us in any way. I’m a current member myself and have had great experiences at the branch in Fitchburg. I know it’s no loss to the branch if I don’t go back in again, but I will highly encourage anyone I talk to about Summit to avoid this branch.

      I just went through the drive through at the busiest point in the day and upon attempting to make a payment I got charged the wrong amount and had to pull through and wait in the line all over again for something that wasn’t my fault😩* edit: They handled the incorrect payment quickly and efficiently when I made it to the window that’s why I changed it to 3 stars. Very friendly and helpful staff, would recommend to a friend.(Everyone makes mistakes)
