J W1Can anybody say "train wreck"? Closing both checking accounts and savings. Too many issues since we joined in 2018. Can't stand Summit as a whole. Worst mistake we ever made was doing business with them.

I've been with summit over 25 and they have always been there to guide me. All the people working there are so warm and wonderful. Austin H5I've never had such good experiences at a bank as I have at summit; especially the monona branch. D'lainy is awesome and so is the girl with black hair and the sleeve tattoo (forgot her name). Y'all are doing something right considering banks usually suck and leave one feeling not so great. I recommend summit to many folks when banking comes up in a conversations.

Eric Johnson1Their fraud dept is a joke. Their banking system is so vulnerable compared to other banks. I have major continual problems with their system glitches- None of the links or buttons to confirm that the transaction was NOT authorized work- Everything always says "Sorry, our system is down". No one really seems to care.

Mario J Suarez3There is little or no control to stop fraudulent charges on your part either online or using the app. You are only contacted when a charge is suspected of being fraudulent. Other than that, they provide great service overall.

capitalcityperformance1these banks and credit unions switching to these machines with people sitting at home as tellers is absolutely ridiculous. i will continue to close accounts and stop letting my money sit at these places

Kirsten Natasha3I was so excited because this is way closer to me than any other location, but the drive thru is completely useless. You have to go into the bank to do most things, which is really inconvenient, especially since other locations aren't ran that way.
