  Working with Sumer to secure a loan for our first home was easier than we could’ve ever imagined. She was communicative every step of the way, responsive to all our questions, and explained each of our loan options to ensure we chose the one that best suited our needs. Sumer and her team worked closely with the title company and our Realtor on our behalf to prepare documents (thank you Jasmine), schedule appraisals, notary, etc. All of the work they did made the overall process of buying a home so painless, that we are still in disbelief at how easy it was.   What can I say? Sumer has been nothing but helpful over the past 4 years I’ve know her. She got me in my first loan and was on top of every obstacle that was in our way to be sure I got into this home in 30 days. At that moment in my life I was going through a divorce ( still married while I purchased the house) and needed this home for me and my children. She came to my work to get paperwork if I couldn’t get to her office before 5. She always went out of her way to make sure we got things done. I re financed my house twice with her and got the best interest rates each time. I highly recommend her for any home loan needs. She’s very knowledgeable, prompt with information and has the highest integrity in her work. Any questions I had she gave me straight up answers and guided me along the way, for my best financial needs. She’s a gem and I know she will do the same for anyone she encounters!
