      I go to Suburban in Clinton because of the people there. Excellence abounds at this dealership from Charley, to Nick, Krista, Jeffery, Josh and even the ladies at the payment counter . They understand what guest service is all about. You can tell they care about you, any issues you may have and genuinely want to fix them. As long as those folks are still there, I will continue to use this dealership exclusively. My husband feels the same way. Thank you for having such a great team! My hats of to you!

      Suburban Chevrolet of Clinton is great to work with when purchasing our new car and truck. Our salesman Charley Rebottaro and general manager Steve Hutchinson cared about us and our personal needs regarding the trade in of our vehicles as well as finding us new vehicles to fit our needs ands desires. We received same day service on picking up our new vehicles showing how great the service department is. The service has always been top notch when servicing any of our vehicles. The efficiency of the vehicles are incredible, as well as the high tech instrument panel and enfotainment system. I would highly recommend working with any department at this dealership, their always professional and have awesome service.

      Had an appointment for 4:30pm on 2/17/16 with a salesman that was supposed to text me more information about the car. He never gave me his name or number, so I called to make sure I still had my appointment to look at the car and was told it sold. Thankfully I didn't make the one and a half hour drive. If you want a car from this dealership I recommend calling ahead by one hour, but even then they might sell it before you get there.

      WOOOW!!!! The entire staff here was awesome, as soon as I drove my car into service I had my door opened and was greeted with smiling faces, my car got a plastic seat cover and floor mat to keep if from getting dirty while the tech's were working on my car. During my time there the staff checked some fluids under my hood and explained what was okay and what needed attention, NO other dealership I've been to has ever done that for me. They told me if I did certain fluid changes I would get more coverage on my car for the fluids I changed which is awesome!! I did a flue injection cleaning and it made the miles I can go on a full tank of gas almost 150 miles more then before, I am so happy with my experience at suburban of Clinton and I will most certainly be back again, my parents have even started to come here (: great job suburban Chevrolet of Clinton

      I bought my car a year ago and I wish I would have posted my review at that time, but it's time now! The dealer I worked with was very rude and disrespectful and felt I was getting too good of a deal on the car. His manager was very kind, but I was still very unhappy with his disrespectful attitude!! So fast forward 9 months after buying the car....I have had to replace the transmission, the transmission in the windshield wipers, wheel bearings and something else in the wheels that was major (can't remember the name of the boot that had to be replaced). So while he said I was getting a steal, I have put enough money into this car that I could have bought a brand new car!!! I have NEVER experienced such a BAD deal!!! I am a single mother, that works hard for what I have and I can barely drive the car without something else going wrong......VERY upset! I even expressed that I needed a reliable car because I travel out of town all the time for my sons health care...I want out of this deal so bad!! If this was a new car, it would be considered a lemon!! I will never return to this dealership and would not refer anyone to them.

      I dropped off an Impala I bought there and then they delivered and picked up four more cars. Every car was flawlessly fixed quickly, cheerfully, and inexpensively, including a Sienna that twice was not fully fixed at the Toyota dealership. Nick Chesla runs a great shop.

      We purchased a 2012 Avenger here in 2016 and within the first few months we had to replace all four brakes because they completely went out, sensors, starter, battery, alternator, seatbelts, thermostat housing and both thermostats, and multiple leaks. Over $2000 in repairs. When I bought the car I was signing for it when they took it to get it cleaned and during that time the kid cleaning it scratched it up completely. All over! I asked him where all the scratches came from and the kid said they did that while cleaning it. Then the guy that sold me the car came outside and when I told him what was going on he looked at the kid with wide eyes and said “you mean the PREVIOUS OWNER did that, right?” I asked why he was flat out lying to me and he kept denying everything and then the kid got nervous and changed up his story. Never ever buy from them. My sister bought a car from them and also nothing but problems. My step sister also bought a van from them and had to take it in a week later because it kept over heating. Terrible people and terrible service.
