  Advertises on their website that they work with bad credit...false. At least not in my situation. I had an appointment set up to look at a pre-owned Subaru and they were aware of my credit situation. I called before I left GR and about 30 minutes down the road they texted me and told me "please don't come down" because they couldn't approve me. I wasn't upset that they didn't approve me, but at least don't advertise that you work with bad credit.

  If you’re gonna forward people’s SSN to a bunch of dealerships, you should let applicants know beforehand!!! Not really right to share application with other dealerships and do multiple hard credit checks.

  Had been dealership shopping all day, this was the only one that a sales person did not come to help out...I was there for at least 20 minutes too. Upon trying to leave, an employee cut me off in the parking lot while I was half way backed out of my parking space. That costed them a $30k sale.

  Just called them to ask a question and it seemed like the receptionist didn't know Jack squat, and said they don't help upside-down loans

  Everything seem to go well, then no one called or give me a reason for anything at all. I would deal with some else who has compassion for their customers.
