  Ken is always such a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and expertise of the mortgage world, products Style has to offer and ability to loan to even the most unique of situations is astounding. He has a portfolio of "out of the box" in house products that has saved many deals for me. When we get to the closing table he has always been right there with us.   I can honestly say Loan officer Iris Laaperi made my home refinancing experience a very pleasant one. From our first conversation she explained each and every option that was available to me and I never felt pressured into any decision. My phone calls were handled in a professional and timely manner. All in all I really couldn't imagine the refinance of my home process being any easier. I have previous experiences with other banks since I own several properties in MA, and I was amaze on how Iris handled the process, she went above and beyond! Even now that the transaction in completed, I would still feel 100% comfortable calling Iris with any questions. She extended her expertise beyond the scope of the business deal and I look forward to contacting Iris for my next home purchase.   I had an A+ experience working with Ken DelMastro at Style Mortgage. I had been thinking about refinancing my home, so I worked with Ken to see if a refinance would make sense. It did! I was able to refinance for 15 years, shaving 1.5% off my 30-year mortgage rate and reducing my years left on the mortgage from 20 to 15. The process was painless as you complete all documentation online, and the closing was as easy as can be.   I’m a investor and buying, selling and refinancing is part of it, the process is always long and stressful but I am amazed by Iris Laaperi on how quick she refinanced my home. She was able to close my loan in only 7 days. Super smooth process. Super recommended!

  I recently worked with Ken DelMastro and Style Mortgage to refinance my home. I must say it was a wonderful experience every step of the way. How many people can say that when trying to get a mortgage or refinance? :D. Ken made it easy and minimized the stress associated with applying for a loan. Ken was knowledgeable, attentive and always available to answer my questions. He follows up in a timely manner and managed my expectations as to what will happen throughout the process. He also was very helpful in recommending qualified contractors that could help me once my refi went through. Even the closing process was uneventful.
