  Tim was GREAT!! I don't have the best credit in the world but I was upfront and honest and he was honest in return on what he could do for me. It worked out to be a great deal and will help improve my credit and I got an amazing car that I absolutely love! He was very down to earth and easy to work with! I would recommend him and his cars to anyone looking for a nice car at a good price and friendly customer service!! Thanks again Tim!!!!

  I personally haven’t had the chance to stop by this dealership. However I am in the market for a vehicle, and although you can’t always go by every review because each experience is unique I am utterly disappointed in the lack of professionalism by the owner in the responses to customers complaint. To go as far as to humiliate and expose a customer’s personal business about them being behind on payments is very distasteful to say the least. Please know that you’ve lost a potential customer just by the way you’ve handled yourself. I’ll also suggest hiring a part-time professional to properly review and respond to review moving forward. It may very well help your company grow, I wanted to stop by today but I can’t do business in this manner.

  A year ago, I had a car that went out on me payed my payments at a buy here pay here lot and was in over my head. I lived 2 blocks down the street from Stryker and as a last ditch effort when there and all I gotta say is I WISH I WENT to Stryker long ago!!!! Tim was amazing. He made sure I liked the car which was a 2012 chevy Equinox and I feel in love with it. Clean car sharp looking and I thought hmmm when the bait and switch gonna come or when's the outrageous down payment he gonna ask for come. None of that ever happened!! Tim made sure I put down what I could afford, liked and made the payments extremely reasonable!!! Tim was the best sales person I have EVER WORKED WITH. SO DONT GIVE UP GO TO STRYKER

  Doesn’t fix the stuff that wrong with the vehicle except you to do it && if you late it will shut your car off while driving , thought it was a good company but it not , it a lot of weird stuff that goes on with him

  Right now you have not made a payment to the finance company in 3 months and you claim ill will against ME? If you can get your payments on track we can take a look at fixing anything that needs it

  Tim and his staff are extremely honest and caring people. My husband and I bought two vehicles from Stryker about 5 years ago. We have many set backs in our lives and Tim was always understanding and worked with us through each and every bump in the road we had. Today, I went to pick up both titles to our vehicles and Tim had them ready and it was a pleasure to purchase vehicles from him. Tim is the most honest auto dealership owner we know. If in the future we are ready to buy another vehicle, we definitely will be going back to Stryker auto and speak with Tim. Thank you Tim for your constant support and your caring nature. You are an amazing man. We wish you all the best and I’m positive you will see us in the future.

  Start to finish this was a great experience! True Story: I did NOT have the best credit. I hadn't bought a car in over 10 years. He worked hard to find Financing and then BEAT their offer. Fair price, the car is beautiful, clean, a smooth ride. No mechanical issues. Now I have to go back to get my daughter a car for HS graduation next year!

  These guys sell horrible warranties that won't cover retail cost of repairs. They will lie to you that everything is covered and sell a sub standard warranty. Horrible selection and awful customer service

  I do not know who you are Ben. I haven't sold you a vehicle before. You may have the wrong dealership. As far as my warranties go, I only sell the top warranty companies AND I do not mark them up. They are sold AT COST to help my customers

  Tim is beyond rude and very irate very much so unprofessional, does not know to conduct business in respectful manner Due to his outdated way of payment either mail or drive 2 hours to location to directly hand to him doesn’t understand delay of postal services that’s out of my control and insist on being extremely disrespectful as if we have any relations I would not recommend

  Anices is a customer of my finance company. She is upset because I "only" take payments through the mail by check or money order or over the phone via debit or credit card. I am confused as to the anger about this

  My experience at Stryker Auto was great! I had never purchased a car by myself before - let alone from a small dealership - but Stryker Auto made the process of purchasing a vehicle easy and special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for a quality car that is reasonably priced (especially those who wish to avoid an overly-aggressive salesman). Tim, the owner/president, helped me out and made sure I had everything I needed before I drove home. I even got a complimentary car wash! Tim was also very easy to contact when I had questions after the sale. The experience I had beats all experiences I've ever had at large dealerships!
