  Had it not been for Eric, we would have certainly lost our $75K earnest money. Everything that could go wrong with a home loan did go wrong until Eric was referred to us and he saved the day!!! Consider him for your home loan even if you don’t have an emergency situation like we did. He worked wonders for us and I have no doubt he can and will do so for others! If I could give him more stars I certainly would. Our family was able to get our new home because of his expertise, persistence, and knowledge in the industry.

  I’ve done four loans w Eric and Strongbox now and each one has been super easy and smooth. The interest rates are about as good as you can get. The fees are lower than everyone’s, but most importantly the communication along the way is impeccable. I will continue to use them forever.

  Two weeks ago I was set to close on my home when an unexpected issue arose. 2 days before my closing, my lender contacted me saying my loan couldn’t be backed due to the way my pay stubs are structured. After discussing options (none that were feasible) my lender pretty much gave up. Then I found Eric at Strongbox. This guy went to work right away and had me in underwriting the next day. He ran into the same issues as my previous lender but stayed the course and never gave up. After numerous attempts and ideas we found an option that worked!! Now, a week and a half after first speaking to Eric, I am a homeowner!! I can’t say enough good things about him and his company! All of my texts, phone calls and emails were answered immediately and I could tell him and his team were working hard to get me in my house. And to top it off, I have a lower interest rate than before AND I’m saving almost $300/mo on my mortgage payment!! I’ll never use anyone else for purchasing a home and trust me, you shouldn’t either!! Thank you so so much Eric and your team at Strongbox Home Loans!!
