  Dan was incredibly helpful every step of the way and communication was quick and easy. He helped us run multiple scenarios for different houses throughout the process and explained all the financial details in a way that we could easily understand. We felt confident about our financial position going into each offer and it made the loan finalization once we were under contract smooth.   Working with Mike from Strive Mortgage Team, made buying our second house a really great experience. It seems like Mike really enjoys what he does and was genuinely interested in getting us the best loan and rates. He did a fantastic job of laying out all the numbers in a way that made it easy to understand, and ensured we were on the same page. He also estimated things a little on the high end so when actual numbers came in we we under budget in some areas. Would highly recommend Mike and his team!

  USE THESE GUYS! Do you want your mortgage guy to be smart, capable, on top of stuff, organized, great with technology, flexible, have a great sense of humor, cross every 't' and dot every 'i'? YES.
