  Came to open a new small business account for a check. I was told that it will be a hold on it for two days and I was okay with that. After two hours of opening the account and they deposit the check they come back and there’s a 15 day hold because of the new account. After they told me it would be a 2 day hold if I open a account with them. Now I can’t take the check somewhere else because they stamped the check. It’s not good to lie to get customers.

  Their app is trash, no local atms, they purposefully screw with your account to cause overdrafts despite being signed up for their "protection", there only seems to be two friggin locations and I'm tired of getting calls about applying for loans that I don't want or need. I'll be getting my money into a less b.s. bank.

  Worst service i have ever received at a bank on Monday morning. The snobby teller told me she was placing hold on my money due to low balance. Hello- covid happened and changed peoples habits. I moved 40k through that account in the previous year. This bank should be grateful for any amount their members have in it. I will pull everything asap and close account for her remarks and this treatment. There are plenty of other options and you're better off with a big brand like Chase. Dont deal with IB's pettiness. Guarantee was better service before this rebranding.

  I scheduled an appointment to talk with a representative about opening an account. I waited fifteen minutes after the scheduled time before inquiring if I could talk to a different representative. I was told there wasn't anyone else, and the representative whom I scheduled to meet wouldn't arrive for another 10 minutes. I left to find a different bank.

  Tried to cash a $500.00 check and the place shut down, I've never been so rudly treated having a check from this bank and they wasted my time trying to cash it. They checked everything they could just not to pay me, I'M JUST Trying to get my money. Go to a better bank if you want good service like Welds fargo!!!

  They changed and since my bank accounts werent updated on my scheduled pay accounts, I had late charges and had to get all my payment plans new account numbers. Cancelled my accounts here, never going back.

  I worked with Alex, the branch manager. He was extremely helpful, Thorough and friendly. I have been a customer for 6 months since and have had nothing but pleasant experiences.

  terrible bank! don't go this bank. they are crazy to take over draft fee from clients. there is no clients care in this bank. we understood why many of this bank branches are closing.

  The absolute worst bank possible. Do not trust these lazy terrible people with your money. They will screw you any way possible

  On there website says this location is open but I drive down on my lunch and they are not. Very inconvenient and a waste of time thanks
