  Fuel capital went under, tried making payments on multiple occasions over three months.. strike claimed they did not have my info and would not allow me to make a payment, and recommended I call back. I only owed $1400 total on the motorcycle when it was taken by repo, which I allowed to take the bike without a fight due to not being “in the wrong”.. Once I called Strike Acceptance again and finally got through to the repo manager in a separate building in Texas (which doesn’t not have a direct phone number), who then told me they won’t allow me to redeem my motorcycle even tho I have the funds and have had the funds, I was well within the 15 day limit, and I can prove I had been calling to make a payment the whole time. I was willing to pay everything the entire time! including all fees they wanted to charge. And I can prove I was actively trying to make a payment for 3 months, way before I was past due.. unorganized and rude employees. Poorly trained customer service reps, that could not help me through any of this process… devastating that my bike was stolen by … im paid in over $12,000 on that bike!! absolute scam!!!!!

  I have a lease from 2020 from before the merger that I have been paying on diligently for 2 years now and it came to my attention that none of my payments are being reported. My credit is unchanged. Tried calling today to see if they could change that, but stroke acceptance does not report lease payments. So I asked about getting my on time payments reported before the merger and they offered no help at all. It says on the front page of the lease guide that getting a lease is great for your credit. With this company it is not.

  Fuel capital was bad and strike is even worse. Multiple times they said I missed a payment via text when I had auto withdraw. I called in and paid immediately being charged extra every time! Now they sell out to strike who will not answer the phone sends texts with links to pay that do not work. I can’t make a payment online because I have zero documentation giving me a loan number which I think is a shady way to log on to begin with.

  This finance company is garbage. CSR's aren't rude, but I don't know of any finance company that doesn't provide payment history. I got my vehicle stolen & my insurance was requesting payment history and when I called in, i was advised they dont provide that & what I should do, is request my remaining balance after everytime i make a payment... Not to mention, the vehicle had a tracker installed and Strike Acceptance was responsible for providing me the login credentials and guess what? I never received them. I was only finally able to track my vehicle until AFTER i spoke with the GPS company and THEY told me i could access it and directed me to the APP to download. Strike Acceptance also was supposed to send me some sort of welcome packet, and to this date I still havent received it & it's been almost 4 months. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FINANCE COMPANY

  Got a motorcycle loan with them in Dec. 2021 while they were fuel capital group. Started out by calling me the day my payment was due and telling me I was about to default because I hadn't paid, despite me setting up an autopay when I financed the bike. Then when I was trying to figure out what was going on EVERYTHING that they used said it was unsecured. The website? Unsecure. The phone number they called me on? Spam caller. I mean it was the shadiest thing I've ever had to deal with. Then fast forward to now and I almost missed a payment because they failed to inform me that my acc number changed when they switched to strike acceptance. Ok cool. Now I got a letter in the mail saying that if I didn't provide proof of insurance in the next 2 days they're going to "take action to protect the interest of their vehicle." I mean this is ridiculous. I have no issues to showing proof of insurance but the inconvenience after inconvenience is just too much. I don't understand how this company is still active. Seems like the switch in names was just to get all of the other negative reviews on fuel capital group gone and have a clean slate to continue being a shady company. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Never get a loan from strike acceptance. Going through my normal bank to refinance the loan, will update this within a week since I'm sure they'll give me issues on getting the information I need to refinance.

  Do NOT use this company if you don't have too. I had a loan with a different company who sadly merged with this one. I fell behind on payments because I lost my job, and have since gained new employment and been making payments literally with every check. They have continued to call me multiple times a day to harass me even with payments being made, and not followed through with a scheduled payment. The harassment from these guys is so bad I filed a complaint with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, I will continue to do everything I can to file complaints until the company either apologizes and stops or the loan is paid off and I have a clear title.

  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! I got a letter in the mail claiming all my banking info tansferred over from Capital Fuel and if i was signed up for automatic payments, that i'd be set up for that, too. LIES! Every month my payment gets reversed for "some reason" (thats the reason i always get) and i end up paying more. They be bulsh!tt !ng.

  Well I had a feeling something was off when this merger first happened. Strike could not find my account, started charging me double what was due. This company needs to be reported.

  VERY RUDE! per recorded conversation on 03/24/22, This company told me payment must be made by 03/31/22. I accepted, however I received a call on 03/29/22 DEMANDING a payment in 40 minutes or they would close my account and send re po immimmediately! WOW! Service employee was EXTREMELY RUDE. CSLLED ME A LIAR!

  Yep, just like the others, fuel capital handed over our loans and the loans are now higher. Scam of a company! Rude employees, can’t pay online, 0/10 don’t recommend!
