  Darren is a real pro at getting you the best possible rates and best possible deal. He is very knowledgeable in the loan and refi business and when the loan is closed and signed you will be glad you had Darren on your team.   This is my third experience using Qualified to broker a loan. In all three cases, Alan K. has led a very fine team to make the process run as smoothly as possible. While the number of documents, verifications etc. required by lenders seems to grow every time, it's great that Qualified has kept up with technology and provided a portal to make digital uploading and and signing as painless as possible. All the terms/fees promised at the beginning of the process were confirmed at the close.
