It's basically a scam they don't notify you when you use the card or if they take money out of your account. I told them I want the over draft fee taken off my account but the next day I got charged with a fee. If you have 5 dollars in your account and you use 1 dollar you will get charged for an over draft fee I called the bank no answer now I have to wait untill Monday to fix this. such a scam.

This place will take your money and give you the run around. I do not recommend banking with this bank. My money has been in transition from cash app to chime for 2weeks + and I haven’t been able to get a real answer on why. Getting in contact with a human is hard.

Many of the low star reviews contain inaccurate information. The President of the Bank was never the mayor. The Bank did not "take over" the event center. The Bank paid for the naming rights to the event center. There is no connection between the Bank and the Event Center beyond that contract. Federal law dictates the amount of time deposits can be held and if there is suspicious activity, that period can be extended. Sometimes in an effort to protect everyone from bad actors, some innocent folks are inconvenienced. Customer service is not outsourced, when you call the customer service line you get to talk to people who live here. Some third party products that the Bank brands will have a different call center, but for your normal banking services, they all live here. For the reviewer who mentioned Chime, the delay on a direct deposit can be caused by many things beyond the control of the Bank.

I have been with this Stride bank and for the last three months my money has been taken from my account.I paid my bills and my deposit hits on the 30th of each month, and I paid my bills .So now Chime is trying to tell me I didn't have any funds in my account. 133.38 and the other was 25.00 and 33.39 cents. Someone is stealing money from accounts and then saying it wasn't paid. Not this time, they have done this to me twice not again.I am taking my business elsewhere and speaking to a lawyer.

Went into the main banking lobby to setup a new account for a relative. Stood in the lobby by the teller counter with no customers for 20min. Nobody even acknowledged me, tellers were all on phone, there were several people in all the offices just laughing & joking, people walking by & absolutely zero acknowledgement at all. Couldn’t care less at all we were there. I pulled all money out & went to a different bank after that actually wanted my business & acted like it mattered. —Update 12/21— Re: Reply from Owner. First of all, this is the first of any contact or communication regarding this at all & this occurred before fall season of college, as the whole reason was to setup a student checking & saving account. It has been several months. Taking that into account, the first contact & public at this is to accuse me of being dishonest, second is to say you’ve conducted an investigation & it isn’t your bank. How was this investigation done given nobody contacted me, or talked/interacted at all at the actual bank? Is this how you treat & view customers, new business at that? I was very surprised to be publicly called dishonest & put off by the immediate defensive nature. Instead of asking or attempting to figure out what happened, instead I’m seen as a burden & annoyed to deal with. Not to mention I’m also a liar & this isn’t your bank.

      Response from the owner

We investigated this situation and that was not true. This was not our bank.

Their ATMs are frequently out of service, and not in convenient locations to begin with. But it’s the out of service issue that’s the worst. It happens at least 3 out of 5 times I try to use one of Stride’s ATMs. I also have frequent issue with their chip card and have had two stop working out of nowhere. Both times I had to go into their banks multiple times to get them replaced. The second time it happened, I had to go in FOUR times to get it replaced. They kept “forgetting,” I was told. When I called the main bank to express my frustrations, I was told they would call me back. I never heard back from them.

      Response from the owner

Can't talk with management about why Social Security check has been forwarded to another individual instead of to me rightful owner,They don't care about a security breach was told not their problem, wonder if I would get the same reaction when I file 100,000,000 lawsuit, with those remarks you should be more interested in whether lawsuit is getting filed, I'll be asking for 100 million in punitive damage and 109 million in mental anguish

Do not use your Lyft direct card. Only use it for ATM withdrawals. This company is known for stealing from people who don’t have any funds in their account. They held over $250 on my card and claimed it’s policy. Its a policy that needs to change. They held onto my rent money for no reason other then it’s policy. They offered me no options and refused to let me talk to management.

Central National Bank is one of the fixtures of Enid. It was there when I was born, and it'll probably still be there when I'm gone. I have had many friends who work there, and many who had deposits there and Loans there. They all say it is a great place to bank. I never Bank there myself, because it was simply too far away from where I lived. But had I lived closer I certainly would have done my backing there.

      Response from the owner

Thank you for banking with Stride Bank and for leaving us a review!

These people are the backers of the infamous Chime...lovely. I was supposed to get my direct deposit today. Guess what? Woke up this morning to - you guessed it - $0! This bank plain stinks. Don't use them unless you WANT to get ripped off.
