  Very friendly and helpful. It's a smaller branch so they get to know who their customers are and call them by first name. Glad I chose to move to the Communication Federal and Enid Oklahoma.

  The girls at the Enid branch of CFCU are so helpful and Sweet! Cannot recommend them enough, they knew all the customers by name when I was in there. It shows that they take the time to remember their regulars!

  Online payment messes up every time and since I am not on the loan I can not get help. When calling the prompts have dropped the auto loan choice. This is a very unprofessional bank and I do not like doing business with them, when I live in Kansas and have a Credit Union for my banking.
