  I cannot say enough good things about Linda and her team. She is a mortgage wizard! My husband and I have been in contact with Linda for 3 years, (yes years!) while we were trying to find our dream home. Getting out bid by developers etc. We were pre-approved by two other mortgage brokers but when it came time to close one said we couldn’t get approved and one actually said we needed a co-signer! We make more than enough to afford the home so it was absurd. Linda got us the best rate, lowest down payment and was professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She is the reason we got our home and she saved us a ton of money. Don’t waste your time or money at your bank, because that’s all they’ll do, go to Linda and she will take care of you.
