  I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with than Kimberlee. Always responsive, knowledgeable and just an absolute pleasure to interact with. She and her team made the home buying process so much easier than I thought it would be, even in a crazy market. As a first time home buyer her expertise was essential. As an example of her work: The first house we got an offer accepted ended up being sold at auction before we signed the P&S. It's a long story but essentially the seller thought they had more time to sell then they did. Kimberlee found out about the auction 30 minutes before, hustled to not only drive over to be there for the auction, but also found someone to buy the house on our behalf. That's going above and beyond!! (That house didn't work out for a myriad of other reasons :-P) After nearly 2 months of looking, we just closed on a beautiful single family this week (a 15 day closing!!) and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I don't think we could have done it without Kimberlee. Highest recommendation.

During every bump in the road and request for more information Kimberlee was there to help me through it all. I literally could not have done this without her, but I also could not have asked for a better person to walk me through it all. There was also constant communication every step of the way, which really put me at ease as a first time home buyer.
