  We worked with Colin Jeffers! Our first time home buying experience was the worst experience of our lives until we broke our contract with him and found a new agent! At our walk through with our daughter I was told "I was up all night, let's make this quick" He negotiated without us even though he was told all repairs or no deal! The contract was signed late. The mortgage lender had missing forms when he sent things in. He also allowed us to go over the set time to respond to the inspection even though I reminded him we only had five days to back out! He ignored my calls and text messages but had the nerve to write up a new contact and wanted me to sign it! I felt forced to buy a home that has mold, exposed electric breakers & so much more. All this with a child who was under a year old & I myself living with COPD! He told us "if you back out now you'll loose your $6k deposit" he was out for his commission and didn't care what we needed and wanted as buyers!

The listing generated immediate interest and everyone agreed we were asking the right price. When the right buyer came along, Tim helped us negotiate a fair price AND time in our old home to allow the new home to be completed.
