  HORRIBLE Nightmare of A bank! Shady and sketchy in more ways than one. Staff is Not knowledgeable at all and play clueless. Avoid at all costs- dishonerable and I would take business to a more reputable reliable back. Customer experience here is very HOSTILE

  UPDATE: I was contacted by the bank and they assisted me with choosing the right account so I am not being charged. Went from a 2 star to a 5 star I have been a customer since 2001 and am extremely disappointed with this bank. I have kept a decent amount in my bank account, however, they have started implementing a 15.00 maintenance fee every month. Time to switch and give my business to a bank that doesn't charge fees.

  They would not cash their own check.. I went in with a Stoneham Bank check written out to me and they would not cash it.. when I told them this was their own marker that they gave out and it was ridiculous that they would not honor it, the teller went to go ask a manager and the manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to me.

  This is the best bank on customer’ service in this area !! Always you get the highly satisfied service thy you can’t find somewhere else .

  Not only did they leak all my information from social to bank information to a random client they take weeks longer to deposit ANYTHING into my account than any other bank. Thank god this isn’t my business account bank
