  We can't say thanks enough to Stockton Mortgage and Theresa Burdette for the way they helped us secure this loan.. We had a lot of hills to cross but Theresa did everything she could to make the process as smooth as it could be. We had to deal with being self employed as well as going through the Covid-19 issues which made this a little more difficult than your typical person and or typical time. I really appreciate how the process was done and again, all that work put in by Theresa to make sure we got the best deal possible. I highly suggest you talk to Theresa at Stockton Mortgage if you are looking to purchase a new home!! Thanks a Million

  Theresa did a fantastic job working with us. She was on top of her game through the whole process. She touched base constantly making sure we knew what was going on. The most dreaded part of buying a house was made simple and easy working with Theresa. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

  I contacted Theresa Burdette prior to my search for a home. I decided to have a house built rather than purchase. She was with me every step of the way. She considered the down payment I had, the amount I would be comfortable with as a monthly payment, explained what was included in this payment and came up with the best possible type of loan for my situation. I felt comfortable with her during the entire process. She never tired of my endless questions. I went to the closing on my home feeling at ease. The experience I had with Theresa was a very satisfactory one. I would highly recommend her to anyone deciding to purchase or have a home built.

  Don't use this company, unless you want the home you're purchasing through private treaty to be bought out from underneath you by the loan officer and her family. Home wasn't even on the market.
