  If I could put 10 stars I would! Ashley is absolutely amazing busting her butt getting us our loan approved in 11 days when the other loan officer couldn't in a month in a half. Ashley was very good with communication and response time. You couldn't ask for a better office to get your home loan through. Ashley and her team have given us outstanding service!!!

  I called Stockton Mortgage exactly one week ago today and spoke to a receptionist I suppose. I asked if it would be possible to schedule a meeting with Ashley and was told that Ashley would not set an in person meeting until I had been pre approved. The receptionist told me that she would give Ashley my message and she should be in contact in a day or two. Yesterday, the sixth day of waiting, I emailed Ashley with my all my personal information and asked her to call me. Today is the seventh day since I started this and still haven’t heard from her. A few minutes ago an acquaintance told me of another mortgage company that I should try; Fairway Independent Mortgage. I called and Brooke answered on the second ring. I told her why I was calling and asked if it was too late in the day to start the process and she said not at all. Brooke was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Fairway Independent Mortgage.

  Only one person to handle the loans who is not there most of the time, or receptionist will say she hasn't got in yet this morning even tho they've been open for hours

  Pre-approved strung us around for over 2 months had to pay 475 for appraisal fees just to be told no were not doing it worst experience ever so aggravating

  Wonderful staff that did an amazing job for someone like me who knew nothing of real estate. Closing was so much faster than I had expected, and everything was handled very professionally and efficiently. Highly recommended.
