  When I think of Dan, Buzz Light Year from Toy Story comes to mind. "To Infinity and Beyond" because those are the lengths Dan Andrews III went to ensure I received the best possible loan, rate and experience. I went through three separate lenders who quickly gave up on me and basically said due to Covid-19 and tighter restrictions it's too difficult to get a loan. Then I found Dan Andrews and from the first conversation I knew I was in the best hands possible. I knew he would fight for me to get to the closing table with a fair deal and he has done just that and more. If you or anyone else you know needs a home loan you can trust this review to be the only one you need to make your decision. I personally guarantee the best experience possible. I can't even process my gratitude in words, as there are no words above extraordinary.

  Zach did what my first lender couldn't! What makes Zach unique is his ability to go above and beyond to get the deal done. Creativity is something you rarely see in lending, and I was really glad that Zach was able to get the deal done, and done well, when we had doubts about our ability to qualify. We had a very unique situation (alot of income, but self-employed and unable to use alot of it) but Zach was able to find ways to ensure that our income was usable! We are closed and very grateful! It took a little bit longer than expected (due to the uniqueness of our situation) but it got done and that's all that matters! Zach is the lender to call when you need someone to go a bit deeper than a cut and dry, cookie cutter loan.
