  This bank is awesome I have banked here since 2018 and never a bad experience. The workers are amazing each teller has the best personality and always so sweet. They always remember my name and will even ask about my kids and everything when I go in. Love this bank and the people that work in it.

  When going to a bank during the pandemic you should feel safe and comfortable. It’s a small community so to see Kara Cantrell a bank worker there post pictures of her going to frankies plaza in morehead with a crowd of people and no mask and returning to work the following Monday is just Absolutely sick. Not to mention when I am in the bank she is very rude but this has just hit home for me. Considering switching banks for this!! How is this girl able to get away with this. Act like a bank worker girl not a party wanna be from the 60s!!! WEAR A MASK, PROTECT THE COMMUNITY

Employees must complete health screenings, including temperatures, each morning before reporting to work and we also wear masks while in the bank.   Great employees! Kara Cantrell is always friendly and professional. Kara and all other bank employees are a great asset to our community! ALL of those girls care about the safety and well being of their customers.

  I have lived and banked in this community for many years, but it makes me very scared and worried to see multiple bank tellers posting pictures online of them being in a crowded area with no masks like the bar in Morehead despite there being a raging pandemic all around us. Knowingly putting customers and other employees at risk because you want to get a drink is beyond selfish and inconsiderate. I plan to switch banks now because the workers there are so rude!!
