Read Kristy’s comments also. We had to follow through getting the water transferred because 3 weeks later, the paperwork wasn’t filed. Failed to send copies of information. Doesn’t answer emails, also retained our proceeds. I had to have a third party get involved. Choose any other title company

Used them for a closing. Didn’t follow through on the closing. Left the water in our name so we kept receiving the bills. When I emailed them about the problem I just kept getting excuses and the run around. Still not resolved and haven’t received the money they held in escrow. Completely unprofessional. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.
