  Steve Vels was very important to me in making my first homebuying experience a pleasant one. Through every step of the way, he was patient and helped explain things to me. Not only was he patient and thoughtful of my comfort level throughout the entire process, he was also very prompt to answer calls/emails. Not all lenders are the same.
