  To anyone reading this, do not hesitate to give Steve a call or trust him with your financing needs. Like many others, I found Steve through a referral from a great friend of mine. I gave Steve a call and within 15 minutes of speaking with him, I felt like I'd known him for years. I communicated to Steve that my refinancing goal was a specific rate/point structure. Steve knew this would complicate and extend the refinance process, but he didn't balk at the request or attempt to pressure me into locking in an already great rate. Steve and his team understood my goal, developed a plan and worked together to flawlessly execute the plan. Once the target rate was met, the rate was automatically locked and all the necessary documents, notifications and follow-ups needed to keep the process on track and moving forward were perfectly managed by Steve and his team. Steve's professional dedication to his clients didn't end once the ink was on the paper either. I had a few questions a couple of weeks after the loan closed and Steve was just as responsive and professional after the deal was done.   Steve has helped my family and I through the years on home buying and multiple refinances. He is very professional and knowledgeable and is extremely quick to respond to calls and inquiries.
