      It’s sad when you can’t go to your own bank to take out money without being interrogated for information. Especially after already given the teller two forms of identification, my social, my address and a text message passcode. I understand that there’s a lot of fraud out here; however, just because I look different from you doesn’t mean I’m the one doing it… I wish Chase would have flagged my account for fraud when it actually happened. Chase as a whole talk a good game about diversity and inclusion, but does a poor job of living up to it. Your bank just lost a good customer.

      Not sure where to begin. We initially opened a few business and personal accounts at this branch. I thought everything was great until I received a phone call from someone investigating me opening these accounts. I was asked if I was present, did I go to the branch, did I provide proof of my social security number, to name a few. I didn't understand why I was being asked these questions. A few days later I was told my accounts were going to be closed. I immediately went to another branch and was told I needed proof of my social security number due to the initial employee using my federal id # as my social security #. I then went to the la Costa branch and presented my proof. I was then informed the manager was closing my accounts. Please know the original woman who opened my 3 accounts has since been fired and replaced. I find this extremely strange and am now worried about my identity. Do not use this bank, very strange

      Our entire personal and corporate data was written on a small post it note to open multiple accounts. This data was incorrectly input causing multiple issues. The incompetant branch manager accused us of providing deceased ss#s when the no. was our Corp tax id. He never admitted wrong doing, never apologized! I discussed his incompetence along with lack of professionalism and ghetto style phone skills with him, so he closed all our week old accounts saying we are racist. My business partner and I still believe something more sinister may have been going on with our data and establishing accounts. The branch manager oddly wanted to sweep their mistakes under the rug rather than simply admit wrong doing. Avoid this branch and report any irregularities to the office of the president.

      They put he wrong social security numbers down for both of my sons when they opened their account. I find that highly suspicious.. My sons now have two social security numbers linked to them. They made mistakes on both the front and back ends of the account, and did nothing to fix it. Their money was ‘frozen’, and their paychecks as well for at least a month, probably more. Horrible customer experience. Obviously this has created a mess when applying for a loan, or virtually anything. Wish I could give them minus 5 stars because they deserve it.

      The bank Vice President branch manager Mario a Cazares , would not waive the $8 fee for my fathers check who is 86 years old. My dad sent me over to cash it. My dads been a long time customer w many accounts. There is no integrity in levels of service. Very inappropriate behavior and style. I would give no stars if the review allowed it.

      If you park near this bank they will call the cops on you! I parked my car maybe 75-100 feet away from this branch at approx 8:15am to join a conference call. Approx 30 minutes later the cops were knocking on my window asking for ID and hovered over me until I left. Avoid this branch as they call the cops on their own customers!

      They just replaced all tellers with one single machine inside. Don’t worry, I only have 8 accounts with you. Smart move to impress your investors and completely throw all your customers under the bus. Good job!
