  Yes majority of the ladies have great customer service. There is one in there that clearly has issues and need classes on customerservice. One I choose not to refinance any longer that's when the rudeness started with this particular person. Thank you all for you service because it was needed then!! Customer goes a long way weather you choose to stay with a company or not!!

  Highly recommend this place they are very friendly and very helpful. They explain everything up front and make sure you understand everything before you leave with your new loan. If you are thinking about getting a loan I would definitely give this place a try.

  I recently was approved for a loan, i truly appreciate how nice and understanding they are, even have a open loan and they still approved me. I am so grateful for this company as i am in a tight spot financially, they truly helped a ton!!! I will definitely be recommending family and friends to them! Step stone is the way to go!!

  Made a call to do my application. It was done over the phone and I was called back within 15 mins. I was able to email the information they need and by the time I arrived, the application process was smooth, easy, and fast. The staff are very nice and professional!
