  So they have a website but, the location is not added. I called to ask if we could still do an application "ONLINE". Remember I said "ONLINE", this 2019 people, we have internet, and she asked if I meant over the phone, I said ONLINE again, returned with the same question, finally after much explaining what I meant by "ONLINE". She said I could, even though there is no tab for there location and that she would have to call me to VERIFY everything, again we are in the age of identity theft, wouldn't a verification be better served by going in person with an actual ID. I write this because its important that everyone's information be safe and we are dealing with people who still deal with payment cards ("70s/80s" way), then there is a major problem or this computer just took me back in time. LOL.
