  Building my dream and final home in Georgia has been my goal for years. Leaving my home in Illinois and moving to Georgia was a hard and busy move for us. I explained my situation to Stephen and he advised me that he would make the home buying process as seamless as he could for me so that he doesn’t add to the stress that I was already undergoing. Stephen did just that and some! He went above and beyond to only ask me for information that was needed; he made follow-up calls on the dates that we discussed and he kept me informed along the way. Stephen is the most professional Loan Consultant that I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable about the Industry and the area and it showed in every conversation that we had. If you are looking to get a mortgage and want professionalism with no gimmicks or hidden items then Stephen is your guy.   Stephen Moreno helped me so much with my condo purchase. He steered me to a good choice and everything fell into place just like he said it would. I was very concerned since its my first solo purchase of a home. Once I signed all my papers and the purchase was complete I was able to sigh with relief.   Stephen Moreno always goes above and beyond to make buying a home an incredibly easy and straightforward process. My clients were working with another loan officer when I started showing them houses. They were very frustrated with the process and service of said officer so I referred them to Stephen. From the moment they connected Stephen answered all there questions and addressed their concerns. He is always quick to respond if we have any questions, even outside of normal business hours. I can’t recommend the him enough!
