  I have to say thank you to Conrad of Coastal Mortgage Solutions. The process of getting a mortgage is hard, and you have so many questions, Conrad walked me through, educated, and kept me informed every step of the way. I had an excellent support system as I qualified for my new home. I tried three other mortgage companies, and they did not take the interest or the time to help or educate me on what it would take to qualify a home loan. The Coastal Mortgage Solutions team worked with me on weekends and holidays to make sure my paperwork was correct and educated me on why I was getting all the information that was requested, and what the documents meant. Thank you, Coastal Mortgage Solutions, especially Conrad. I am moving into my new house six days before my Birthday, what a birthday gift.

  Brian and his team were able to help my wife and I purchase a new home, taking only three weeks start to finish. Not only was Brian able to get us a great rate, but he also communicated with us on each step of the process, often after hours. Lastly, Brian was able to get our closing date moved up so we could have our moving truck unload our belongings rather than go into storage, since we moved from out of state. An outstanding job done by all!

  We had met Brian years ago and were excited meet with him and see what Coastal Mortgage Solutions had to offer. Always happy to work with new, local businesses! Brian not only got us the lowest possible rate, but he saved us $1000's in closing cost, ensuring that we received every incentive that we qualified for. We were able to pay off one of the cars with the amount of money saved! We started in January with one house, and had to switch to another by June, and Brian was accommodating every step of the way. He even came to visit the new house the day we moved in! We'll definitely be using him again in the future, and sending as much business his way as possible!

  After an initial broker said we could not be approved for a loan... I was introduced to the team at Coastal Mortgage Solutions. Conrad (and the entire team at Coastal Mortgage Solutions) ALL fought for my closing to happen. Initially, we received a sub-par appraisal (to say the least) and Conrad spent a LOT of time/effort chasing an appraiser and appraisal management company to try to get fixed. In the long run, we had to secure another appraisal, which came back higher, and were approved for the loan. We closed on our beautiful mountain cabin last week and could not be happier.   We recently found our forever home and sold our existing home in less than 48 hours. Coastal mortgage solutions was very prompt and effective in getting us an approved loan during a pandemic before the contract(s) required. They were great to work with and made the most stressful thing of buying a house being worrying if movers were “essential”. Conrad, Brian, Justin, and Mike always worked with us and our comfort with technology to make the process easy and efficient. Literally I think we had approval 10 days from application submitted then just waited on closing. Thank you all
