  Absolutely THE BEST at what she does, there should be a 6th star for brokers likes this. There was a troubled house that we fell in love with but couldn't get financing because of the $60k repairs needed(Septic, roof, well etc). I made a list of over 25 banks and brokers to call. After calling bank after bank, broker after broker, we finally found Stephanie. She was the ONLY one able to put a deal together and get us approved, and out of everyone we spoke with HANDS DOWN the most pleasant to work with. If she can't get you financing, then it simply can't be done. She was extremely knowledgeable and patiently walked be through the numbers until i understood from every angle. The sellers took their house off the market, so we ended up getting to work with Stephanie on many houses after. Nothing but the best experience every time!
