  We just had a great experience with John West of Stellar Mortgage. John was responsive and answered all my questions, even the ones that didn't make sense, LOL! We used Stellar for our original mortgage and loved their personal service so much we knew we couldn't use another company for our refinance, and I'm so glad we chose them again.   I have worked with both Michael and John. Michael helped me with my initial mortgage, and John helped me with my refinance. Both were exceptionally professional. They diligently answered all my questions, offered intuitive advice, and made sure I had the best options available. My refinance took place during the early turmoil of COVID-19, and as such, the entire mortgage market was impacted. John continuously kept me informed and offered insight into what was happening. He always had his eye on the ball, and in the end I was very happy with the result.

  I worked with John West twice in the past two years to secure a mortgage for my first home and then to refinance. He helped me lower my interest rate significantly with my refi, but more importantly, he made a complex process simple and easy for me! He is so proactive, communicative, responsive, helpful in breaking things down and he always put my best interests first.
