  Caise & Team at Stearns Lending were fantastically fast yet through with the refinance of my home. My financial planning team recommended Stearns as an option locally for my refinance and so glad they did. I've had a handful of mortgages with big lenders that are also very fast and through but Stearns Team took it to a whole different level of service, support and speed. I'm always a bit skeptical of anything being simple anymore so it almost seemed too good to be true how the process was laid out for me but reality is Caise locked me in to get the lowest possible rate and kept all my costs clear and down to a minimum.   Scott is a very good person, but if we talk about his professional qualities I want to point out that he is a very good professional in what he does. He works hard, is available anytime, even on weekends. He has a lot of patience and knows how to explain the smallest details because there are a lot of things that I have met for the first time.
