  It was my second time in 5 years to get mortgage and Res-Com mortgage helped me both times to get the best interest rate. Due to Covid-19, whole process was done online very smoothly and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend Re-Com mortgage to my friends and family.

  When my wife and I were looking for our first home, our agent referred us to Moghees Adil at Res-Com. Right from the beginning, Moghees took a personal interest in understanding our situation and our needs and worked with us in every way possible to ensure that we were matched to the right mortgage package. He worked with us on every step to explain what would be required of us to get the mortgage approved as well as making sure that we were completely aligned on the long term commitment and costs involved. Overall our experience was fantastic and Moghees went above and beyond to ensure that our first home buying experience was a seamless and pleasant one.   Adil is the most intelligent person in the mortgage industry I have ever met. I was referred to ResCom Mortgage by my CPA for refinance. Adil is very kind and gentle speaking. He explains everything and that's what makes him different from everyone else. I was clearly informed and there were no surprises. I have gone through a lot of mortgages but the experience with Adil was very good. Highly recommended. Excellent Service and excellent results! I recommend everyone should consult Adil before starting their loan process. Thank you Adil for great service. (My loan was refinanced in July 2020)

  My friend referred me to Res-Com and all I can say that thank God that I made the best decision. We sold our house and had to move into my brothers until getting the loan process done but these guys got it done sooner and surprised not only us but the realtor and the attorneys. Don’t even think about going somewhere else if you are planning on financing through Res-Com. Have faith in God and please just do it. You will not be disappointed.

  Moghees was fantastic. The process took over 2 years of finding a home for us but Moghees was there every step of the way for questions on properties we were interested in as well as properties that offers were accepted but didn’t make it past attorney/inspection review. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism, his response quickness, and his expertise of his area. A+ all the way around.

  We worked with Res Com Mortgage in our purchase of a Chicago condominium. Without exception, every aspect of our work with Res Com was seamless: paperwork was flawless, communication was excellent throughout the process, timing was always better than anticipated. Closing occurred as promised and went through without issue. Beyond our satisfaction with the technical side of working with the staff and our representative, as an aside, we truly enjoyed the experience.
