Have a loan on auto pay I was being charged $10 per payment for using debit card instead of ACH setup. Could not set up ACH through app because of app error not corrected. SO I set up my ACH on the STCU website, and selected as my primary form of payment. 1. Next payment came with $10 charge 2. Called local branch to umderstand why. 3. Reps I spoke with on the phone, Lynn and Nicole played dumb, and lied about policies in order to avoid helping the situation along, to intentionally spite me the customer. 4. Reps stated they can't reverse fees on their side, even when at fault. This seems like a sufficient reason to refinance my loan with my other bank, that and of course the commitment the reps had to remaining incompetent, and provide a horrible experience.

      Response from the owner

We’re sorry to hear about your frustrations. Due to the nature of the direct loan payments portal, we are unable to reverse fees. It sounds like Lynn was able to give you options to avoid the payment fee in the future. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out.

So excited to deal with bank close to house. Need to set up special account to deal with my mom's estate. Brought in all the paperwork but was told no I needed to go to county and get another piece of paperwork. Made no since so went to post falls branch and got everything done. Don't understand why they couldn't help me.
