  I highly recommend Adept Business Solutions. They have been handling my taxes both personal and business for many years, Diane and her team are wonderful at saving me money and I appreciate them. Do yourself a favor and have Diane and her team prepare your taxes.

  We have used Adept to do our taxes and our payroll for the last few years. Just recently, we had Shannon help us figure out how to reconcile our accounts on quickbooks. It was great working with a qualified person to resolve our issues on quickbooks. Everyone at the Adept office is very friendly and easy to work with. We love recommending them to our friends.

  Our non-profit uses Adept for our Bookkeeping and Accounting services. We are very happy with the level of professionalism and quick response. More than once, Shannon and Diane have helped me navigate through tough payroll, filing and reporting questions, walking me through each step of the process. Appreciate their willingness to help!

  My tax preperations were returned months after the promised time frame. Along with that, I was given misinformation that cost me hundreds in late fees and penalties. When I called Adept to resolve some issues, I was scolded by two staff members as they tried to keep me from speaking to Diane. I was told that if I wanted to speak with Diane, they could schedule an appointment, but it would cost me $200 an hour to resolve issues for a tax preperation I already paid for. Including the extra fees and 'audit protection'. When I spoke with Diane, my issues and concerns were dismissed, and rebutted with excuses. I was not happy with the level of service I was given.

  Always quick to respond when I have a question. They do what they say, and handle my taxes with expert care so I can focus on growing my business. Plus, with Dianne's coaching, I've able to save thousands of dollars a year using legal tax structures. If you're tired of overpaying on taxes, you should give them a call.
