  Absolutely great place to deal with! Dee Horton was very quick to respond to any and ever question I had. Very polite, courteous, and friendly. Kept me informed with everything I needed to do and what was going on with the whole closing process. I highly recommend using State Wide Mortgage with Dee and Sarah.

  Dee Horton was a pleasure to work with. We received her name from a referral, and were impressed with her professionalism and efficiency as she worked with us throughout our mortgage application and loan process. When we took a 3 month hiatus in the process from when we originally started and then picked back up, she ran with things quickly and didn't require us to double-do the work again. She made the process a breeze!

  SMOOTH!!!!!! This is the best word we can think of to describe our loan process!!!! K. Dee Horton of Statewide Mortgage and her team have been AWESOME!!! Literally, the process was so smooth— everything was explained clearly, questions answered effectively, and we were kept updated every step of the way!! We are so grateful for having an AMAZING lender, especially as first time home buyers. Customer Service is clearly a priority for their customers, which we greatly appreciated. I have read/heard about so many challenges with lenders from other buyers , and I could never relate as ours was the BEST!!!! The team members were just as responsive and supportive as Mrs. Horton. They were thorough and patiently answered and addressed any questions we may have had ( even the “silly” ones. Seriously, if you need a lender, this is the place to go!!!! Highly recommend!!

  I would recommend K. Pound and her team to everyone. Kim and her team were so professional and knowledgeable during the purchase of my new home. Kim walked me through everything. She made everything easy and most of the process was did electronically. She was patient with me and she understood my work schedule. She made the process less stressful. This is my second time using Kim. I highly recommend her!!!!!!
