  Do diligent research before selecting this company for a modular home. They over promise and under deliver. I did all my demolition, permits and site work because they didn't have qualified contractors to do the work. The house took 10 weeks for manufacture but it took another 10 + weeks to get it delivered. They don't have dedicated contractors so their house delivery and construction is scheduled in with whatever else the selected contractor has scheduled with his other business. They started promising deliver the first week of December but the house was not delivered until the first week of February and only after I threatened to contact an attorney. I was so fed up with this company that as soon as the contractor was done I wouldn't let anyone from Statewide come on my property. I have handled all the warranty work for the first year out of pocket because I won't deal with Statewide again. My warranty now reverts to the manufacturer and I don't have to have anything else to do with them. I can't stress enough, buyer beware.

  The owner is rude and not helpful or customer service focused at all! Their installers aren’t qualified and their licensing questionable at best. If you have any expectation of getting a quality home, go somewhere else!

  One cause I see them as being kinda high priced for the area ,where others homes all built by same manufacturer plant cost lower and more affordable then statewide homes So went by the one in paradise ca today people all around but none would come in and talk with me I was wondering if prices got more reasonable sence new management ,but none come in walked right passed me and back out but if this how they due businesses ill just buy from Fleetwood in red bluff there the best price in area and seemed nice when I was there .they do appointment only sence covid .my last home was a Fleetwood and far price if I could give a zero I would
