  have been a customer for about 2 years now used them for pawns and buying products. went in about 2 weeks ago to redeem my 65 inch tv when it was pushed out it broke . i drove home and plugged it in only to find out the screen was done . i called up to the store and ann told me to bring it back immediately which i did . they didn't argue with me they told they would look into it and within 3 days i had a brand new tv to replace mine. EXCELLENT customer service and she made sure we had a working tv that was just like the original. WILL BE GOING BACK and using them Highly Recommend . HONEST TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE

  I had such a pleasant experience buying my first firearm....very professional & honest sales guy....his recommends for my needs in a firearm (5 shot 38 SPL J-Frame S&W mod 442) were spot on....very completive pricing, especially when compared to the big name sporting goods dealers. I'll be back! A+++

  Excellent place I'm here all the time. They have a courteous staff. I feel important when I visit unlike other place where your just a pay check to them. The only thing that could be improved is their safe filling procedure. I didn't mind waiting but it took about a half hour to find my silver.

  The staff has never been anything but nice, respectful, and so far, fair. I bought a leaf blower there once. A month later I saw a nicer one in the store, they let me trade in my old one and gave me FULL PRICE I paid for the first one towards the old one. You just can't ask for better than that. And to James Gregory who had a very disrespectful and I suspect unfounded and uneducated comment about these people and Pawn Shops in general - if people are rude to you, I bet it is YOU, not them. I'd bet you frequently earn disrespect with these kinds of comments.

  We have been dealing with Mr. John and his incredible staff for almost 16 years now. We have a bad habit of showing up on their doorstep and giving them just a couple of days to custom make a piece of jewelry, resize a ring or to buy ammunition so I can go hunting, and they come through for us, time after time. Excellent staff, and more importantly, true friends! And if we go to Statesville from Australia just to buy jewelry from Mr. John, that really says something!

  All pawn shops are disrespectful and rude and impatient.... I'm so glad for these new internet sales and purchase apps. Like offer up.... No need for these crooked pawn shops anymore. They are obsolete now and I'm so glad for that now.
