  Mrs Samantha was nice and polite over phone very professional. When I asked how much my daughter owed she could not inform me I insisted and was put in touch with Mrs stoots who explained the policy for me. I was able to get ahold of my daughter and get the amount from her. I quickly called these lady's back and we set up an appointment at our convenience awesome team. God bless a father always knows thanks to these ladys
